Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across California. You will engage warm prospects, perform hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech deliveries to close sales while earning uncapped commissions and a base salary.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers at scheduled appointments and deliver personalized sales interactions.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Build rapport and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Drive sales targets and represent AT&T with professionalism in the field.
