AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes and in the field across California. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners up to $100,000 per year, combining base salary and commissions.

Starts between $62,900 and $100,000 depending on geography and experience. You'll meet customers, conduct hands-on demos, perform Wi-Fi assessments, and ensure seamless tech delivery and resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled appointments and conduct hands-on demos.
• Close deals with customers and manage post-sale support.
• Maintain relationships with warm prospects and upsell services.
