Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes across the listed California locations. You will engage warm prospects, provide hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to close sales, with uncapped commission potential and top earners reaching around $100,000.

New reps receive paid training and ongoing coaching, with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official use only.
