Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove in-home experiences. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching $100,000. Starting salary ranges from $62,900 to $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

You will present demos, perform wifi assessments, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Training is provided and a company vehicle is available for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and meeting targets.
• Proficient in upselling to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport building skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for business use.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, in-home sales interactions to customers.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, wifi assessments, and product delivery/issue resolution.
• Engage with customers daily and negotiate to achieve sales targets.
• Represent AT&T professionally and be the primary point of contact for customers.
