Training starts with paid sessions and continues with ongoing coaching for success in the field. The role offers a base range with commission and mobility incentives, requiring a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—drive a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid training to work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communications skills to close deals and drive sales.
• Deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
