Job summary

AT&T is expanding its Field Sales team to bring personalized, in-home experiences to customers. You will drive sales with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery, while maintaining a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Top performers can achieve substantial compensation with uncapped commissions, and new hires receive paid training and ongoing coaching. A valid driver’s license is required as travel to customer appointments is involved.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to increase customer value.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a varied schedule.
