Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking a dynamic in-person sales professional to promote core membership services to small business owners. You will base in the field, meeting local business owners, presenting NFIB’s value proposition, and closing deals with a hunter/closer approach.

Qualifications

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Comfort with a structured, proven sales model.
Desire for ongoing learning and improvement.
Experience in direct field sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
Memorize and deliver NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
Build quick rapport and deliver engaging presentations.
Overcome objections and close the sale.
Process payments on the spot.
