NFIB is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to expand NFIB membership by meeting small business owners in person across local markets. This hunter role emphasizes a proven sales process, effective engagement, and closing deals on the spot, with training and comprehensive benefits.

You will travel in the field, enjoy flexible hybrid work arrangements, and benefit from performance-based pay including commissions, bonuses, and an annual earnings potential well into six figures.

• Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation.
• Overcoming objections and closing the sale.
• Processing payment on the spot.
