Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in Wichita, KS. You’ll meet with business owners, present benefit packages to employee groups, and build a personal book of business in a territory role.

Expect uncapped commissions, day-one training, and ongoing coaching. You’ll use our CRM to track activity, follow up with clients, and grow with a high-energy, mission-driven team.
