True North Group LLC in Missouri is hiring a Field Sales Representative to meet with small business owners, present benefit packages, and guide clients to plans that fit their needs.

In this territory role, you’ll build a personal book of business, follow up on client needs, and use our CRM to track activity. Day-one training and ongoing coaching help you grow with a high-energy, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Strong communication and presentation skills essential.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of building relationships.
• Able to manage time and organize a field-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business.
• Use our CRM tools to track activity and performance.
• Work with a high-performing team that trains together and wins together.
