Job summary

True North Group LLC in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Field Sales Representative to engage with small and mid-sized business leaders, present supplemental insurance options to employee groups, and build a growing personal book of business through face-to-face interactions.

You will meet decision-makers, guide clients to choose plans that fit their needs, manage follow-ups and claims assistance, and use our CRM to track activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or field-based roles.
• Must be licensed or willing to get Health & Life license within 90 days.
• Comfort presenting to groups and meeting owners and decision-makers.
• Proactive, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and manage a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business.
• Use our CRM tools to track activity and performance.
• Work alongside a high-performing team that trains together and wins together.
