True North Group LLC is seeking a Field Sales Representative to meet with business owners and groups, presenting insurance options and building lasting client relationships in a field role.

You will be trained on our products, track activity in the CRM, and pursue a personal book of business while earning draw pay and commissions. A license in Health & Life is expected within 90 days, with reimbursement support provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; reimbursement provided.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for group settings.
• Self-motivated with ability to build a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers to assess needs.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees and their leaders.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that fit their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
• Build a strong personal book of business and track activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and participate in training.
