Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative and Trainer in Wichita to grow a client base, present benefits to employers, and train new agents. You will coach peers, lead by example, and drive results in a fast-paced field role.

You will mentor teammates, meet with business owners, and deliver compelling employee benefit presentations while expanding your own client book and contributing to team success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, leadership or coaching.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce).
• Coachable, positive attitude and a desire to help others win.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps in the field and provide hands-on sales training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong, successful sales team.
• Maintain and grow your own book of business while guiding others to do the same.
