Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect residential customers with high-speed data, mobile and TV services through in-person visits. You’ll visit assigned leads, analyze customer needs, present tailored proposals and complete all sales documentation.

This role requires 90% outdoor work, evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel. A base salary with incentives can lead to total compensation over $100,000 per year, plus free and discounted

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel to assigned territories, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum's solutions
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals and professional development
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and communicate relevant information to your manager
