Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner for small and medium businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor will prospect and run presentations to close deals in a fast sales cycle, reporting to a Payroll Division Manager. Training will cover our short-cycle sales process using Salesforce, with potential for a 100% commission model and residuals.

The role emphasizes building referrals, maintaining client relationships, and expanding Auris product adoption in a high-velocity environment across the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to work in the field up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and close sales with merchants in the area.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Meet production targets and secure appointments.
• Keep knowledge of Auris products up to date.
• Attend team meetings and report to supervising managers.
