ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services to work in a defined geographic territory with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more, and sell additional ADP solutions to existing clients.

Qualifications

Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage time well, and present ideas clearly.
Agile problem solver who can adapt to fast-paced change and find solutions.
Continuous learner who grows and questions past practices to improve.
College degree is great but not required; strong skills and drive matter more.
1–2 years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related industry.
