Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses, is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor in the United States. You will prospect, present Auris solutions to merchants, and close deals in a fast sales cycle.

Training with PDM/PTM precedes independent scheduling, with compensation featuring uncapped weekly commissions and residuals. Role emphasizes field activity (50%+ in the field) and ongoing product knowledge development, supported by Salesforce for lead gen and contract

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must live in the job posting area.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Independent worker who also collaborates well with a team; professional demeanor.
• High urgency with strong sales talent; enjoys cold-calling and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and set appointments with business owners.
• Run in-person and phone-based payroll presentations to close deals.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and manage follow-ups.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure initial meetings.
• Learn current Auris products and remain informed on fintech developments.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-one coaching with leaders.
