Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small to mid-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in the Lansing area. You will prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals with merchants using a fast sales cycle.

The role offers in-person engagements and 100% commission with residuals on new business you bring in. During training you will work with a Payroll Division Manager or Territory Manager and learn the short-cycle sales process using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 50% of the time.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production requirements to secure a WIN.
• Stay up-to-date on product portfolio and fintech industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
