Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for SMBs, is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor in Detroit. You will prospect, present Auris solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, and close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You’ll train with leadership, then manage appointments, lead discussions, and drive revenue with Atlas CRM and other Heartland products. Compensation includes 100% commission structure with residuals and equity in portfolio, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to be in the field 50% of the time.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and run Auris Payroll presentations.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM and other systems.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Build knowledge of Auris product portfolio and industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Set appointments with business owners and close sales.
