Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner built for small and mid-sized businesses to simplify payroll and people processes. As a Payroll Client Advisor you will prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations, in person or by phone, to close deals in a fast sales cycle, reporting to a Payroll Division Manager.

Your role includes using Atlas CRM for lead generation, upselling additional Heartland products, and establishing relationships with business owners in your area.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system; Atlas.
• Achieve minimum production requirements; set appointments.
• Stay updated on product/service portfolio and industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1 with leader.
