Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations in person and by phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses, aiming to close deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and be coached by a Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM for lead generation and paperless contracts.

Your role includes presenting Auris solutions to close sales, building appointments through networks and referrals, and training with Atlas

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in Atlas CRM.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN.
• Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
