Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants. You will work with a Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager, using Atlas CRM to generate leads, upsell, and maintain client relationships.

During training, you will learn our short-cycle sales process; after training you may set your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals from your business. Base travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
• Develop knowledge of product/service portfolio in fintech.
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1 with leader.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
