Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close deals in a fast sales cycle with small to mid-sized businesses. You’ll work with a Payroll Division Manager and a Territory Manager, leveraging Atlas CRM and other Heartland products to drive growth.

You’ll train with leaders, then set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission upside and residuals, while building long-term client partnerships in a dynamic region.

Qualifications

• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Able to work in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM (Atlas).
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments.
• Keep knowledge of product/portfolio up-to-date and industry trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
