Job summary

Auris is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and present Auris Payroll solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, both in person and over the phone. You will close deals within a fast sales cycle and report to a Payroll Division Manager, with coaching from a Territory Manager.

You’ll use Atlas CRM to deliver value, upsell Heartland products, and maintain ongoing communication with the Payroll Team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interactions.
• Field availability at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM with call notes and contact info.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Stay informed on product/service portfolio and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
