Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect and run payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants, aiming to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager and work with Territory Managers, using Salesforce to manage leads and client communications.

During training you will be paired with a PDM/PTM; after training you can set your own schedule to maximize uncapped commissions and residuals from your book of business.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Willingness to be in the field 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Auris payroll solutions.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce/HubsSpot).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure appointments.
• Expand knowledge of product portfolio and fintech landscape.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-ones with leadership.
• May take on additional responsibilities as needed.
