Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner delivering human-centered tech and services to small and mid-sized businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor prospect, present, and close payroll solutions in Des Moines and nearby areas, via in-person and phone meetings, building relationships to drive revenue in a fast cycle.

Training pairs you with a manager; post-training you set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals while serving clients with reliable payroll/HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM (Salesforce) per policy.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first appointments to secure a WIN.
• Continuously build knowledge of product/service portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
