Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and medium businesses, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close deals with merchants in a fast sales cycle. You’ll train with PDM/PTM and later set your own schedule in a 100% commission environment with residuals and portfolio equity.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone presentations, maintaining client records in Salesforce, and upselling Auris products. Prior B2B sales experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) for clients and activities.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Build knowledge of Auris products and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with a leader.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
