Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in the Charlotte area to prospect and run payroll presentations for small and mid-sized businesses, both in person and by phone. You will work toward closing deals within a fast sales cycle and may earn uncapped commissions plus residuals.

During training you will be paired with a Payroll Division Manager or Territory Manager and learn the sales process using Salesforce for lead gen, analysis, and contract processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and appointments.
• Build product knowledge and stay up-to-date with fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1s with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
