Auris is a payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses who can’t afford to get it wrong. We combine easy-to-use technology with real human services to help leaders focus on growing their team and business.

As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will prospect and run Auris Payroll presentations in person and over the phone to close deals in a fast sales cycle. You’ll train with senior managers, then manage your own schedule to maximize uncapped commissions and residuals while

Competenze

• Must be 18+ and reside in the posting area ( Milford, CT ).
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Pre-employment background check.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• High urgency with strong sales talent.
• Comfort with fieldwork (50% of time)
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar.

Mansioni

• Prospect new clients and set appointments with business owners.
• Maintain CRM records with call notes, interactions, and contact info (Salesforce).
• Meet minimum production requirements and close wins.
• Continuously learn current product portfolio and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
