Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Milwaukee is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by developing a robust pipeline, identifying prospects, and presenting tailored solutions across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare markets that use linen and facility services.

You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, train during a 13-week period, and then independently secure new customers while meeting weekly quotas and leveraging Salesforce for account management.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Desire to achieve weekly sales quotas and advanced CRM utilization.
• College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by actively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Participate in weekly branch growth meetings to plan customer installations.
• Foster relationships with new customers for smooth service handoff.
