Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by identifying prospects, closing new business, and delivering tailored linen and facility-supply solutions. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who trains and coaches you to achieve goals.

The role features a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle with gas card, and generous bonus opportunities across industrial, healthcare and facility services territories. Daily travel is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to follow direction.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Desire to effectively utilize the company CRM to drive results.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and ability to meet weekly goals.

Responsabilités

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by actively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for weekly branch growth meetings and outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster relationships with new customers for a smooth transition to the service team.
