Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth of the branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train and coach you to close new business and build relationships across food & beverage, industrial and healthcare environments that use linen, uniforms, and facility services.

After training, you will identify customers, deliver tailored solutions, and work with a dedicated team to meet your goals and the branch targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication; ability to follow directions and manage time.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, product types; basic math.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business through prospecting and proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas via Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers.
• Participate in weekly branch growth meetings.
• Foster relationships with new customers for smooth service handoff.
• Daily driving and safety compliance with company vehicle.
