Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver in-home, white-glove experiences for customers. You’ll meet clients at scheduled appointments, demonstrating the latest technology and services to close sales with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and on-site service delivery.

This role includes paid training, uncapped commission opportunities, and a company vehicle. Flexible schedules include evenings and weekends to meet customers on their terms, with top earners reaching six figures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
