Starting salary ranges from $60,300 to $100,000 depending on geography, experience, and performance. The role requires flexible scheduling, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of background checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with rapport-building ability.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive with a company vehicle for official business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check including drug screening and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals using hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
