AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. You will connect with customers through scheduled appointments, demonstrate the latest technology, and close sales with hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments.

Earn between $62,900 and $100,000, with uncapped commission opportunities and a company vehicle for official business use. Training, mentoring and flexible scheduling support your success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions and hands-on demos.
• Close deals by presenting technology and services, performing Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery.
• Engage with warm prospects from scheduled appointments provided by the company.
• Utilize negotiation and communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Attend paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech‑savvy and successful.
