Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is a leading distributor of fluid control systems, filtration, and fluid handling products. As a Field Sales Representative, you will grow sales in an assigned territory by developing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.

You will deliver technical solutions, provide product recommendations and training, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with Inside Sales, Sales Management, and supplier partners to drive revenue and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Outside Sales or Industrial Sales experience in related fields.
• Industrial sales experience in fluid handling, filtration, flow control, or related products strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop business, grow accounts, and drive revenue growth.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop existing customer accounts within an assigned territory.
• Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote fluid control, filtration, and fluid handling solutions to industrial customers.
• Provide product recommendations, application support, and customer training.
• Execute a structured sales call schedule with regular customer visits.
• Maintain customer activities, opportunities, and pipeline information in CRM.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Sales Management, and supplier partners to deliver solutions.
• Continuously expand technical product knowledge and sales expertise.
