Job summary

United Rentals in Chattanooga is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Flooring and Facility Solutions to drive revenue in the local territory by selling floor care and surface preparation equipment and services. You will build relationships with facilities and restoration customers, qualify leads, present solutions, and collaborate with field teams to ensure comprehensive account coverage.

A base salary plus commissions supports performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of flooring and surface prep experience.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined territory.
Prospect, qualify and acquire new accounts in facility maintenance and restoration segments.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and subsidiaries.
Partner with General Rental Sales Reps to develop leads and close deals.
Liaise with Facility Maintenance & Restoration National Account teams for full account coverage.
Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
Develop and present company products and services to current and potential clients.
Utilize CRM tools to build pipeline of opportunities.
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
