Rasa Floors is expanding in Chattanooga, TN, seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build your territory and control your income. This role offers a ramp with base salary plus commission, and a future shift to 100% commission for top performers.

As part of a national leader with 30+ years in the multifamily flooring industry, you will grow revenue, manage relationships with property managers, and leverage CRM tools to drive ongoing success in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a defined territory within the multifamily housing market.
• Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.
• Establish strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and develop customized flooring proposals.
• Present solutions, close new business, and grow recurring revenue.
• Maintain CRM tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client satisfaction.
