United Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Rep - Flooring and Facility Solutions in California to drive revenue in floor care and surface prep rentals. You will be the primary contact for facilities and restoration clients, building relationships and turning needs into loyal customers.

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3 years in flooring/surface prep, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in flooring and surface prep.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Negotiation, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined geographical territory.
• Prospect, qualify and acquire new accounts in facility maintenance and restoration segments.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiaries.
• Partner with General Rental Sales Reps to develop leads and close deals.
• Liaise with National Account teams to ensure full account coverage.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Utilize Sales Force.com and other CRM tools to build pipeline.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Perform other duties as needed.
