Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across a designated territory by selling Test & Inspect and Monitoring services. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term clients while promoting our safety solutions.

The role emphasizes resilience, strong presentation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving stretch goals. Travel is expected to support business development and client meetings across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR one year of sales / customer experience required.
• Resilience and persistence with rejection.
• Strong presentation & interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, self-driven, thrives on achieving stretch goals.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Focused on new business generation and territory development.
• Prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and targeting new clients for Test & Inspect and Monitoring services.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves issues post-sale.
