Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius and other payment solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across hospitality, retail, and service sectors. You will own a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, in a dynamic, global team environment.

You will build and manage a strong pipeline, deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations, and collaborate closely with your District Manager to capture new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of B2B Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must live within 1 hour of the job posting location.
• Comfortable spending 75% of time in the field with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits of Genius for merchants.
• Collaborate with your District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
