Maxim Crane Works is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to manage and grow local customer relationships. You will frequently visit existing customer job sites and offices, presenting capabilities and coordinating planning with branch leadership.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a commitment to service excellence. Travel locally is expected as you establish a robust regional network, provide bids, and advise on crane types and lift plans.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years' sales experience.
• Strong MS Office & CRM skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
• Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers making sure they understand Maxim's capabilities and products.
• Establishes, grows, and maintains customer relationships at the local level by providing seamless and consistent service to the customer.
• Conducts/coordinates office visits, site visits, and job planning meetings with Branch Manager and/or Regional Sales and Marketing Director
• Prepares bids and gives technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
• Advises on availability of assets by timeframe and location.
• Advises on crane lifting plans (3D lift planning)
• Resolves disputes that pertain to customer related issues.
• Functions as the primary liaison between the customer and Maxim Crane
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
