Job summary

Maxim Crane Works is seeking a Sales Representative in the Mableton, GA area to manage and grow local customer relationships. You will regularly visit customer job sites and offices, present Maxim’s crane solutions, and coordinate Bid planning with the Branch Manager.

A strong sales mindset and knowledge of cranes are essential. You will advise on crane solutions, plan lifts, and ensure seamless service delivery while traveling locally; familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems is important.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in equipment rental or construction.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
• Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers to showcase Maxim’s capabilities and products.
• Establishes, grows, and maintains local customer relationships with seamless, consistent service.
• Coordinates office visits, site visits, and job planning meetings with Branch Manager and/or RSMD.
• Prepares bids and provides technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
• Advises on asset availability by timeframe and location.
• Advises on crane lifting plans (3D lift planning).
• Resolves disputes related to customer issues.
• Acts as primary liaison between the customer and Maxim Crane.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
