Job summary

Maxim Crane Works, L.P. in Birmingham, AL seeks a proactive Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships with existing and potential customers. You will visit job sites and customer offices, present Maxim's crane capabilities, and coordinate planning meetings with local leadership to ensure seamless service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong MS Office/CRM skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years' prior experience in Sales.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
• Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers to explain Maxim's capabilities.
• Establishes, grows, and maintains customer relationships locally.
• Coordinates office/site visits and planning meetings with Branch Manager/Regional Director.
• Prepares bids and provides technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
• Advises on asset availability by timeframe/location.
• Acts as primary liaison between customer and Maxim Crane.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
