Stanley Black & Decker Inc. seeks a Trades Sales Specialist in Las Vegas, NV, to drive sales for DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and other brands within the local market. You\'ll build relationships with end-user partners and lead end-user development in the field.

The role requires 3+ years in construction sales/marketing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and daily travel to customer sites. A Bachelor\'s degree is preferred; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with a track record delivering results and selling to executives.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meld empathy with determination to achieve outstanding results.
• Comfortable with daily local travel; occasional overnights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals by selling our brands to end-user customers.
• Attend local trades shows, conventions and events.
• Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through products, services and contracts.
• Mentor local market team on End User development and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with Channel Marketing.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and communicate outcomes to improve processes and future success with key accounts.
