Job summary

You will cultivate end-user partnerships, manage programs, and mentor local teams while leveraging Salesforce CRM to optimize opportunities. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3+ years in construction supplies sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meld empathy with determination to achieve outstanding results.
• Comfortable with daily local travel; occasional overnights.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets through selling multiple brands to end-user customers.
• Attend local trades shows, conventions and events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage user contracts.
• Teach and mentor local market teams on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Partner with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce.com CRM for planning and reporting.
