Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Michigan seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business by managing relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers, and residential and commercial woodworkers. You will conduct consultative sales discussions in person and virtually, serving as a trusted business advisor to your customers.

The role requires sales experience in building materials or construction, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally outside sales within building materials or construction industries.
• Eagerness to learn with a drive to achieve sales growth.
• Knowledge or experience in building materials, bathroom/kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc. is a plus.
• Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage time and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities toward cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers.
• Engage in structured consultative sales discussions in person and virtually.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to customers and grow the local business region.
