Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in building contractor process is preferred.
• Proven experience in business development and strong sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Conduct all steps of the sales process with customers.
• Create and pursue customer leads and a sales plan.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell; make cold calls.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions to service concerns.
• Prepare quotes and gather feedback for follow-up actions.
• Direct the creation of quotes for customers and collect payments when necessary.
