Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive profitable sales growth in an assigned territory. You will develop new business with contractors, builders, developers, and other professionals, delivering solutions and exceptional service to exceed goals.

Ideal candidates are relationship-driven, motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced field environment. This role involves travel within the territory and ongoing account development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of outside sales or territory sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calls, and visits.
• Grow existing customer relationships and increase market share.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on acquisition and growth.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the cycle.
• Meet or exceed sales, margin, and customer growth objectives.
