Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in construction rental equipment, equipment sales, parts, maintenance services, and related solutions.

You will establish relationships with contractors, industrial customers, and municipalities, delivering consultative equipment and service proposals while expanding rental and sales opportunities. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction equipment, heavy equipment, or related industries preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems, ERP software, Microsoft Office, and mobile sales tools.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and customer visits.
• Grow existing customer accounts by expanding rental, sales, parts, and service opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and customer growth objectives.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, activity targets, and KPIs.
